Shipped across all 27 EU member states with GLS. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer. Faulty items are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty.

What is your tableware made from?+

Every piece is formed from a single grade of stainless steel, brushed by hand and finished to last a lifetime of daily use — dishwasher safe and free of coatings that wear away.

Do you ship outside Denmark?+

Yes. We ship across all 27 EU member states from our studio in Copenhagen, sent with GLS. We currently do not ship outside the EU.

How long does delivery take?+

In-stock pieces leave the studio within two to three business days. Commissions and made-to-order sets are quoted individually — reach out and we will share a timeline. (track your package)

What is your return policy?+

Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with your EU right of withdrawal. Commissioned and personalised work is final sale.

Do you take on wholesale or commissions?+

We do. For restaurants, shops, and larger private commissions, write to us at hello@norhenstudio.com and we will find the right approach together.
