Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship
We ship to every member state of the European Union, with no country excluded. If your EU address is not accepted at checkout, email us and we will arrange delivery.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates begin once your order is dispatched, not when it is placed.
Shipping zones & costs
Shipping is a flat rate based on where your order is going:
Denmark: 39 kr — delivery in 1–3 business days.
Nearby EU (Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium): 79 kr — delivery in 2–5 business days.
Rest of the EU: 99 kr — delivery in 3–7 business days.
The shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay and is included in your order total. Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Currency
Prices and shipping are set and charged in Danish kroner (DKK). If you are outside Denmark, checkout may display the amount in your local currency for convenience, but the payment is processed in DKK and your bank handles any conversion.
Carrier
Orders are sent with GLS. As all deliveries are within the EU, no customs duties apply between member states.
Tracking
Where the delivery method supports it, you will receive a tracking reference by email once your order is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
