Frequently asked

What is your tableware made from?+

Our tableware is made from different grades of stainless steel, brushed or polished depending on the piece. The grade is shown on every product page. Pieces in 304 steel are dishwasher safe; the Selma cutlery (410) and pieces in 201 steel must be washed by hand. The product page says how to look after each piece. Nothing has a coating that wears away.

Do you ship outside Denmark?+

Yes. Besides Denmark, we ship to Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Finland from our studio in Copenhagen, sent with PostNord to a pickup point near you or to your door. We do not currently ship to other countries.

How long does delivery take?+

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered with PostNord, in 2–7 business days in total depending on the country. See delivery times per country. Where available, you can follow your parcel with PostNord tracking.

What is your return policy?+

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in line with your EU right of withdrawal. We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost; return postage is paid by you. See our returns policy for the details.

Do you take on wholesale or larger orders?+

We do. For restaurants, shops and larger private orders, write to us at hello@norhenstudio.com and tell us what you need.
