How to start a return
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To start a return, email us at hello@norhenstudio.com within 14 days of receiving the order, stating your intent to return and your order number. We will confirm and share the next steps.

Once your return is confirmed, send the item to our studio:

Condition & postage
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
You pay the return postage. Please keep proof of postage until your refund is complete.
Please pack pieces carefully — stainless steel is durable, but transit damage from poor packing may reduce your refund.
Your refund
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of your proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earliest.
The refund includes the original delivery cost you paid at checkout, using the same payment method you used to order, via Stripe. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Damaged, wrong, or defective items
This is separate from the 14-day withdrawal above. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or develops a fault, it is covered by your 24-month EU statutory warranty (reklamationsret).
The remedy is a replacement, repair, or refund. There is no fixed deadline like the withdrawal window — simply report the issue to us within a reasonable time of discovering it and we will put it right at no cost to you.
