Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases from norhenstudio.com. The seller is Norhen Studio, CVR 43685511, Ourøgade 33, 5., 2100 København Ø, Denmark. You can reach us at hello@norhenstudio.com.

We sell to consumers in the European Union. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.

We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Small variations in finish and tone between pieces and production batches can occur and are not a fault. Colours may also look slightly different depending on your screen.

All products are sold while stock lasts. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you straight away and refund you in full.

Prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. VAT is calculated for the country your order is delivered to, so the final amount is confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is added at checkout based on your country and chosen delivery method, and is always shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if that affects your order, we will contact you before it is sent and you may cancel at no cost.

You place an order by completing checkout and paying. The contract between you and us is formed when your payment is confirmed, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check your order and delivery address before paying. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will correct it if the order has not yet been sent.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered with PostNord, either to a pickup point near your address or to your door. Delivery times and rates per country are listed in our shipping policy. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We cannot deliver to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain). If an order to one of these areas is placed, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Free shipping applies to orders above €110, after any discounts, to every country we deliver to, both to a pickup point and to your door.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or someone you name, receives the parcel.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. How to return an item, what we refund and a model withdrawal form are set out in our returns policy.

You have a 24-month statutory warranty (reklamationsret) for faults that were present when you received the item. This covers defects, not normal wear or damage from misuse. See our care guide for how to look after your pieces.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@norhenstudio.com and we will do our best to put it right.

If we cannot agree, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Complaints Board for Consumers via Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Denmark at www.forbrug.dk.

We process your personal data only to handle your order and, if you have agreed to it, to send you our newsletter. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights.

These terms are governed by Danish law. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
