Frequently asked

What is your tableware made from?+

Our plates, bowls, cups and coupes are made from 304 (18/8) food-grade stainless steel, the Selma cutlery from 410 stainless steel and the Agnes cake stand from 201 stainless steel, brushed or polished depending on the piece. The grade is shown on every product page. The 304 pieces and the cutlery are dishwasher safe; the cake stand is hand wash only. Nothing has a coating that wears away.

Do you ship outside Denmark?+

Yes. Besides Denmark, we ship to Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Finland from our studio in Copenhagen, sent with PostNord to a pickup point near you or to your door. We do not currently ship to other countries.

How long does delivery take?+

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days and delivered with PostNord, in 2–7 business days in total depending on the country — see delivery times per country. Where available, you can follow your parcel with PostNord tracking.

What is your return policy?+

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in line with your EU right of withdrawal. We refund the item price and the standard delivery cost; return postage is paid by you. See our returns policy for the details.

Do you take on wholesale or commissions?+

We do. For restaurants, shops, and larger private commissions, write to us at hello@norhenstudio.com and we will find the right approach together.
